Hillside Baptist Church began with a desire birthed many years ago to see churches planted. This desire began with Elk Ridge Baptist Church in Stephenville, Tx. Elk Ridge is itself a church plant that began in a garage over ten years ago with a small group of believers dedicated to the Gospel and to Global Missions.

In 2022, a lot became available in Bluff Dale. At this time, the elders at Elk Ridge approached the then Youth Pastor to begin to pray about planting a new church in Bluff Dale. After much prayer, it was clear that God was opening a door to begin a new work.

So much has been done here at Hillside in just a short time. Come and join to be a part of God's story for Hillside.
