Thank you for coming to worship with us tonight!

Tonight will be a special night of worship with several song debuts by the band Mended Hearts.

The theme for tonight is Darkness to Light.

Before coming to a knowledge of Jesus, we are all trapped in spiritual darkness. The worst part of being in spiritual darkness is we are ignorant to just how dark things are. We actually think we are walking in the light, ignorant to our condition.

Jesus claimed to be the light of the world.

He said in John 8:12

“I am the Light of the world; he who follows Me will not walk in the darkness, but will have the Light of life.”

Tonight, the songs and readings will follow this progression of darkness to light.

Our prayer tonight is that if you have never experienced the light of Jesus, that tonight your heart will be open to receiving that light.

If you have received that light but now find yourself in darkness, we pray that tonight you will once again experience the light of Jesus.

We pray that all who come will worship God in Spirit and truth. We pray that God is glorified by our worship and that our lives are touched by what we experience tonight.
